Terms of Use of the Ktotam.to service

1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the relationship between PAYMASTER TECHNOLOGIES ELEKTRONIK PAZARLAMA DIS TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (the "Administration") and a user of the Ktotam.to service (the "User", the "Service") arising from the use of the Service.
1.2. By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy and accepts them in full. If the User does not agree with the Terms, they must stop using the Service.
1.3. The Administration may amend these Terms unilaterally. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes the User's agreement to the new version.
2. Description of the Service
2.1. Ktotam.to is an information service that allows users to search for and view information related to phone numbers, based on data obtained from publicly available sources and provided by users.
2.2. The Service is not a telephone directory in the sense established by law and does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the information provided.
2.3. Certain features of the Service may be available only to registered users or on a paid basis.
3. Registration and account
3.1. Using certain features of the Service may require the User to register, including via third-party authorization services.
3.2. The User is responsible for keeping their account access details secure and for all actions performed under their account.
3.3. The Administration may suspend or terminate the User's access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms.
4. Rights and obligations of the User
4.1. The User agrees to:
- provide accurate information when using the Service's forms;
- not use the Service for unlawful purposes;
- not attempt unauthorized access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' data;
- not use automated means to bulk-collect data from the Service (parsing, scraping) without the Administration's prior written consent;
- not post inaccurate, offensive, or unlawful information, or information that infringes third-party rights, through the Service's feedback forms.
4.2. The User may use the Service's features within the limits set by these Terms, and may contact the Administration regarding the Service's operation and the accuracy of phone-number information in the manner provided by the Privacy Policy.
5. Information about phone numbers
5.1. Information displayed by the Service about phone numbers is formed based on data provided by users, as well as data from publicly available and other lawful sources.
5.2. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of information provided by users and is not responsible for its accuracy.
5.3. The presence of information about a number in the Service does not mean that the number's owner is in any way connected to Ktotam.to.
5.4. The procedure for correcting, blocking, or removing information about a phone number is set out in the Service's Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
6.1. All elements of the Service, including its design, source code, trademarks, and databases, are the Administration's intellectual property or are used on a lawful basis.
6.2. Using the Service's materials without the Administration's prior written consent is not permitted, except as expressly provided by law.
7. Limitation of liability
7.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
7.2. The Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service, or from the inaccuracy of information obtained through the Service.
7.3. The Administration is not liable for the actions of third parties using the Service.
8. Paid features
8.1. Certain features of the Service may be provided on a paid basis. The terms and cost of such features are indicated on the relevant pages of the Service.
8.2. Payment, refund, and other terms related to paid features may be governed by additional agreements.
9. Termination of use
The User may stop using the Service at any time. The Administration may restrict or terminate the User's access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Dispute resolution
10.1. The parties will seek to resolve any disputes and disagreements arising from the use of the Service through negotiation.
10.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in the manner established by applicable law.
11. Final provisions
11.1. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, this does not invalidate the remaining provisions.
