Data Removal Rules of the Ktotam.to service

1. General provisions
1.1. These Rules set out the procedure for reviewing requests to correct, block, or remove information related to a phone number posted on the Ktotam.to service (the "Service").
1.2. The Rules apply to information formed on the basis of reviews, tags, and other data provided by Service users, as well as information obtained from publicly available and other lawful sources.
2. Who may submit a request
A request may be submitted by:
- the owner of the phone number whose information is posted on the Service;
- the owner's legal representative, upon providing documents confirming their authority;
- any other person whose rights and legitimate interests are affected by the posted information.
3. Grounds for removing or blocking information
Information may be corrected, blocked, or removed if it:
- is inaccurate;
- is outdated and no longer reflects the current situation;
- was obtained or is processed in violation of applicable law;
- belongs to special categories of personal data;
- infringes the requester's rights and legitimate interests.
4. How to submit a request
4.1. A request can be submitted via the form on the "Submit a request" page, or to the email address given in section 7.
4.2. The request should include: the phone number the request relates to; a description of the issue and the grounds for removing or correcting the information; and contact details for follow-up.
4.3. The Administration may request additional information needed to confirm that the request was submitted by an authorized person.
5. Review period
The Administration reviews requests received and provides a response within the period established by applicable law, but no later than 30 days from receipt of the request, unless a different period is set by law.
6. Outcome of review
Following review, the information may be corrected, blocked, or removed, or the requester may receive a reasoned refusal if the grounds for removal are not confirmed.
