When calling back is safe
If the number looks like an ordinary mobile or landline number from your country and nothing about it looks suspicious on KtoTam.to, calling back is generally safe — the outgoing call will be billed at your normal plan rate.
When you should think twice
Be cautious if the number is short, starts with an unfamiliar country code, has an unusual digit count, or looks like a premium-rate service (for example, satellite or other paid prefixes). Such numbers can be billed far above a normal call.
How to check before calling
Before calling back, look up the number's card: country, carrier, other users' reviews, and spam flags. If there are already complaints about expensive or scam calls tied to it, skip calling back.
